How it works

The Process

Consignment Contract

& Approval

Prospective Consignors will submit their horse(s) for review through our website or email. Horses will be approved for a "Consignment Trial" where our team of experts will be able to assess whether or not there is a market we can advertise and succeed in as a team. Our experts make these decisions based on breed, Quality, heritage, training and over all health and movement soundness. We pride ourselves on providing life long partners and standing behind our team of experts knowledge within the horse industry.

Listing Requirements

While Our Buyers depend on our clear straight forward advertising, They realistically are going to need detailed background information, photos and video from the horses time with you as the primary owner. The time, effort and professionalism you use in this process will directly impact the sale of your horse.

Footnote and important information

RWC requires consignors to write footnotes for every horse. This should give a brief history of your horse and focus on the qualities that make them stand out. you can touch on their pedigree, their training, and any achievements they have. This is also the time to point out any vices, conformational defects, blemishes or soundness concerns. This write up is included in our notes to potential buyers upon meeting your horse in person.

Licensed Veterinarian Health examination

RWC requires The Seller to not only disclose full medical records upon approval of Consignment, but also will need to cover the cost of a full health assessment with Health certificate and a soundness examination.

  •  Horses are required to be current on all vaccinations, teeth and farrier before the first listing
